For everyone
- Treat dogs and people with respect and kindness.
- Never harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone.
- Give accurate information about yourself and your dog.
- Communicate through Dote, and keep personal and home-access information private.
For walkers
- Keep GPS tracking on and send photo and potty updates.
- Keep the dog leashed unless the owner allows off-leash play in a legal area, and follow local leash laws.
- Never leave a dog unattended, tied up or in a vehicle.
- Report any injury, lost dog, bite or accident right away.
For owners
- Share accurate dog information, including temperament, medication and any history of aggression.
- Keep vaccinations current and provide emergency and veterinarian contacts.
- Provide safe access to your home or meeting place.
