What we check and track
Identity and background check
Every walker completes identity verification and a criminal background check through a third-party screening provider before accepting their first walk, with periodic re-screening afterward.
Live GPS tracking
Every walk is tracked on a map from arrival to drop-off, so you can see where your dog is and how long the walk has run.
Photo verification
Walkers add a photo during the walk, giving you visual proof it happened the way the app says it did.
Clear dispute process
If anything goes wrong, report it in the app directly to our team — no runaround, and no NDA required to get help.
